Munsys, Inc. announces the release of Munsys 10
Florida, USA, December 12, 2007 – Munsys, Inc. today announced the release of Munsys 10. This major product release delivers new functionality, enhanced usability and includes strategic additions to the platform and data models. The Munsys solutions for utilities and local government include a central database with pre-defined data models in Oracle Locator/Spatial and integrated applications for the management of water, sewer, drainage, parcels, roads and electricity infrastructure. Autodesk design products are utilised for spatial data creation and editing. "Many new features have been included based on extensive customer feedback, at the same time the product design has been updated to allow future Munsys applications to be even more database driven and dynamically configurable." said Chris Tolken, president and founder of Munsys. "Munsys 10.0 is the first release of the new generation of Munsys applications that has been two years in the making." The first Munsys 10 release is primarily aimed at User Interface improvements based on .NET technology, while also offering a number of new features such as the new Query Palette and Management Console.
